Invoices are issued monthly. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges.

Important: We do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic levels. SEO results depend on many factors beyond our control.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Early termination may incur fees as specified in your agreement.
